Join Wilde Wellness at Greendale Acres for a family Yoga session, a 45 minute yoga class designed to keep you and the kids connected and moving. This special class will combine yoga poses with nature and finish with a nature scavenger hunt for the kids. Designed to help you and your kids connect to nature and your surroundings we will bind poses with affirmations, and mix elements of the earth into a special soup, and help kids build their understanding of their inner strength through nature.

Please bring your own mat, a towel will be fine for kids if you do not have enough mats. This event will take place in our covered pavilion in the event of rain.
