    From Clothbound Cheddar to fresh Cheese Truffles, this family-run cheese farm produces an exciting variety of products made from happy, pasture-fed cows and goats. Tucked along a quiet country road in Agassiz, the farm has been in business since 2003, and a number of their prize-winning cheeses can be found in Vancouver’s high-end restaurants today. The goat and cow cheeses are inspired by the Old World and made with traditional recipes and methods.
